At Windang Public School, the ART Room is a vibrant, welcoming space where creativity comes to life. Our program gives every student the opportunity to explore, experiment and express themselves in a supportive and inspiring environment. Art lessons combine hands-on practical skills with engaging artist studies and a strong focus on the Elements of Art, helping students build both confidence and creative understanding.
Students work with a wide range of materials and techniques while learning about historical and contemporary artists who inspire their own creative journeys. We celebrate imagination, individuality and personal best, ensuring that every child experiences success in their own unique way.
Our ART Room doors are also open at lunchtime, where students are warmly invited to work on independent projects, refine their skills, or simply enjoy creating in a relaxed and encouraging space. We actively promote local and wider art competitions, encouraging students to challenge themselves, share their talents and take pride in their achievements.
