It is my pleasure to welcome you to Windang Public School, a hidden gem of the Illawarra. Serving generations of local families, our school reflects a strong sense of community and pride.

We are proud to share that our school has received the NSW DoE Secretary’s Award for School Achievement for our knowledge-rich curriculum, emphasising literacy, numeracy, and broad learning opportunities.

Students enjoy a wide range of experiences in choir, band, dance, art, academia, sport, and numerous excursions throughout the year, helping them grow as creative, confident, and capable learners.

We place a strong emphasis on explicit instruction and evidence-based practices, complemented by outdoor education and play-based learning on our fabulous playground that offers something for every student.

Together with our dedicated staff and supportive families, we nurture creativity, resilience, leadership, and kindness, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment.
